Abstract

Modernization is very influential in society today, with this modern era everything is always related to technology. Apart from that, use of household and electrical appliances also follows the existing developments, as seen by the development of prepaid electric meters, which are all digital. From the description above, the author came up with an idea to create a realtime monitoring system. So that PLN officers can quickly detect any disturbances such as broken cables. The implementation of the YHDC SCT013 current sensor as an AC current reading and PZEM 004T as a voltage reading, and the use of the WIFI module available on the Esp 32 as a sender for sending information to the user. Current sensor testing has an average error rate is 0.76% and a voltage sensor is 0.35%. Monitoring is doing from the internet via a server called Cayenne, so that monitoring of distribution network conditions can be done anywhere and anytime as long as it is connected to the internet network. The delay for sending data to the server is an average of 6 seconds. Then, with this system, information about disturbances that cause power outages will reach the user in the form of SMS and Emails is an average is 6 seconds. The procedure of this tool works is the Cayenne Server as a display for monitoring Current, Voltage, Watt and Cost. then SMS and Email as information if there is a power distribution disturbance.
