Abstract

The publishing information system owned by Polibatam Press is still conventional, that is, the author must order via email, then the Polibatam Press design team does a book cover design and layouts then submits an ISBN application to the National Library of Indonesia, there is no time limit for revisions and a minimum number of revisions, after this process. passed then the book will be printed according to the number approved by the author. With such a system it can cause several problems such as obstruction of work because it takes time to process revisions with unclear boundaries.            To minimize errors, it is therefore necessary to determine the procedure for submitting an ISBN at Polibatam Press, namely by utilizing web technology, this system will be built with the native PHP programming language and restrictions on sending manuscripts with a maximum of 1 revision. Resulting in a uniform treatment of all sales transactions that occur.
