Abstract

E-learning is a medium of online learning web-based and or mobile that is applied in some schools. Due to the increasing spike in COVID-19, some schools have had to change the learning process to online or asynchronous (not at the same time). Online learning certainly requires facilities in the form of liaison media between teachers and students, namely e-learning. E-learning is generally accessible by teachers to provide materials, assignments, exams/quiz, grades, etc. and students can receive materials, assignments and exams/quiz, etc. applications E-learning are now widely available on various platforms, both paid and free, however, the school requires an e-learning application private that can be managed and customized by the school and of course requires features according to the school's needs. To create an e-learning website that is user-friendly and has a high level of usability, a software development method is needed, one of which is the Lean UX method with good visual design. From the application of the Lean UX method, the success rate of the system e-learning from the student side is 92.30%, 100% teacher, and 100% admin. Based on the results of usability testing using the SUMI method, the median efficiency and helpfulness values are very high, namely 100. So that the e-learning system built can be said to be very efficient and can help the online teaching and learning process easier.
