Abstract

Calculating the production cost of woven batik that has been produced by BUMDes Langgam Sako is the purpose of this research. Based on the results of the calculation of production costs, the component that causes the rise and fall of batik cloth production costs per unit is the use of dyes. The price of the dye varies from Rp. 350 per gram to Rp. 1,500 per gram according to the type of color. The production cost of batik cloth with basic colors and blue SLP motifs is Rp. 260,979,- per unit. The production cost of batik cloth with the basic color and the color of the turkish motif is Rp. 234,579,- per unit. The production cost of batik cloth with basic colors and orange motifs is Rp. 226,329, - per unit. The production cost of batik cloth with basic colors and motifs of Red RB or Brown or Black B is Rp 224,679,- per unit. The cost of producing batik cloth with basic colors and motifs of Yellow RNL or Yellow FG or Red 8P or Violet is Rp. 223,029,- per unit. The production cost of batik cloth with the basic color of Blue SLP and the color of the Turkis motif is Rp. 258,579,- per unit. The production cost of batik cloth with the basic color of Blue SLP and the color of the Orange motif is Rp. 257,829,- per unit. The production cost of batik cloth with Blue SLP base color and Red RB or Brown or Black B motif is IDR 257,679,- per unit, while the production cost of batik cloth with Blue SLP base color and Yellow RNL or Yellow FG or Red 8P or Violet motif color Rp. 257,529,- per unit.
