Abstract

Polibatam's policy of implementing independent learning and PBL requires maximum infrastructure preparation. One of the facilities that have been prepared is the DigiArs studio for practical activities. The studio is equipped with production equipment, including animation production business process flows to support the realization of ACI. Through the application of this business process flow, the products produced can be of industry standard and can be utilized by the wider community. One of the projects carried out As the beginning of the implementation of PBL in the department of informatics engineering, one of the projects that was carried out was an English learning video. The research method is Action Research and Evaluation, which begins with product creation and analysis of the application of the animation business process flow. In Action Research, the product is made using the Sharewood-Rout approach by applying the animation production business process flow for video assets in the form of motion graphics. Furthermore, in the evaluation, an analysis of the application of the process flow is carried out. The results show that the business process flow for the production of animation products at the DigiArs studio is very dynamic, so for the manufacture of multimedia products other than animation products, you can follow the business process specifically for products that have assets in the form of animation styles, such as videos, games, and simulations.
