This study aims to examine the effect of benefits, trust, ease of use and security on consumer perceptions of using QRIS when transacting among millennials in Batam City. The population in this study is the millennial generation of Batam City from the age of 26 - 41 and has used QRIS when transacting. The number of respondents in this study were 384 respondents. In this study, the author uses quantitative research methods and data collection using surveys with dissemination via google form. The results obtained from this study are the factors of benefit, trust, ease of use, and security have a significant positive effect on consumer perceptions of using QRIS when transacting in the millennial generation in Batam City.
