Activities on ex-gold mining land in Nagari Palaluar Sijunjung Regency caused damage to land and
the environment which resulted in economic losses experienced by the surrounding community. To reclamate
the ex-gold mining land, an effort was made to identify microorganisms present in the ex-gold mining land in
Nagari Palaluar Sijunjung Regency. This study aims to identify indigenous microorganisms in ex-gold mining
land in Nagari Palaluar Sijunjung Regency. This research was conducted from May to July 2022 which took
place from 2022 in the Payakumbuh State Agricultural Polytechnic Plant Protection Laboratory in Harau
District, Fifty City Regency, with an altitude of + 500 meters above sea level. Soil sampling was carried out in
post-gold mining land in Nagai Palaluar, Sijunjung district. The method used in this study was the isolation and
identification of indigenous bacterial microorganisms on Nutrient Agar (NA) media and the identification of
indigenous fungal microorganisms on Potato Dextrosa Agar (PDA) media. Based on the results of the study, it
was found in the front soil sample (research area 2) 534 colonies of indigenous bacterial microorganisms. While
the type of indigenous mushroom microorganism that was found was the fungus Trichoderma sp
