Filling gallons is an activity that must be done when the Gallon Water has run out. During this time the campus distribution must first see the depletion or not of Gallon Water. It will take time to check each room, so that a tool is made Monitoring System Availability of Gallon Water Based WEB And Telegram Case Study Room Staff Caltex Riau Polytechnic. This tool is designed using NodeMCU ESP8266 and Non-Contact liquid sensor, sensor data is sent on the server and stored to the database and then displayed to the website page with an average delay of 13.57s, the website has a small loading time value that ranges from 5 to 5.2s, Sensor data is also sent to the Telegram Bot and the data can be viewed on Telegram with a state feature that has the ability to send data as much as 83%, and can also receive notifications if the gallon water is empty with a delivery delay of 10.05s. With this tool, the distribution department can know the information of running out or not gallon water in the room in realtime by monitoring using the server and receiving notifications from telegrams on the distribution officer's mobile phone.
